SHIPPING + POLICIES
All WITNESS COMPANY fine jewelry is handmade to order. For this reason, we cannot provide exact shipping dates. Please allow 1-5 weeks for your delivery. In the case that your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date, we will do our best to accommodate your request. To ensure we receive this request, please include your instructions in the notes section of your order or in an email to WITNESS COMPANY. In the event that the item [such as cuffs and pendants] you ordered is in stock, it will be shipped out the first Tuesday within 7 days of order placement. If you are ordering a piece that is in stock in addition to a made to order piece, the order will ship when all items are available. We will do everything we can to assist you if your package is lost or stolen, however, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
The customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or run into any problems during checkout please email WITNESS COMPANY and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please kindly note that we cannot accommodate resize requests for international customers.
Most pieces are handmade to order, please consider this when you make your purchase. If you are unsure what size to order, refer to the sizing page for more in-depth information. In the case that you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us of your return within 7 days of receiving your order. All returns of made to order pieces will be subject to a restocking fee or issued in-store credit, depending on the preference of the customer.
Items not eligible for return include:
Rings in very small or very large sizes
Pieces with engraving
International returns are welcomed, but return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing. We offer the option to resize your piece at a $45 fee to all US customers.
It is required that you track all shipments and package your return securely. WITNESS COMPANY is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for questions or concerns regarding your return.
